Shipping & Return FAQs

Why did I receive only part of my order?
autobimini and autobimini lite are shipped complete. You may need additional miscellaneous screws and wire ties depending on the exact installation.
Can I expedite my shipping?
The package is large (17” W x 7” H x 77” L) and weighs up to 90 lbs. It is not practical to express ship.
A common carrier accomplishes shipping via freight truck service and is typically delivered within 3 days to most U.S. locations.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Freight is FOB FFI Automation. You have the option of filing a claim with the shipper. However, typically we can assist in resolving these situations.

Can I return or exchange my order?
autobimini has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, you can return the product in new and uninstalled condition with a return authorization number.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Credit is provided upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Contact Us to get a return material authorization (RMA) number.
Warranty & Replacement Parts
Yes, autobimini and autobimini lite do come with a one-year limited warranty.
Replacement parts, like additional canvas, a new boot, aluminum frame, keyfob remote, actuators, autobimini controllers, enclosures, and contactors, are available and can be ordered online on our replacement parts page or by calling 612-701-0711.
